In a picturesque location the apartment is ideally located 300 m from the centre of Pont Aven, a pretty walk along the Xavier Grall takes you to the shops, galleries and restaurants. Pont Aven has lots to do you can kayak, paddle board or go horse riding. The area is stunning for walking. The apartment has direct access to the footpaths along the river through the Bois D’Amour and to the Chapelle de Tremalo, or follow the stunning footpath along the estuary to the sea. The beautiful beaches and coastline are 10km away.
