* A "Cleaning" deposit, which can only be paid by bank transfer (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been carried out fully or correctly, the "Housework" deposit will be retained.

* Tourist tax by credit card, bank transfer or cheque.

For a relaxing holiday, a range of à la carte services are available from the reception agency (to be booked and paid for in advance):

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

A damage deposit of € 560 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
