Situated between the Golfe du Morbihan and the Presqu'ile de Guérande, the gite is the ideal starting point for day trips! Just a few kilometers away, don't miss Pénestin, surrounded by the ocean and offering sea lovers 25 kilometers of coastline dotted with beaches and coves. The listed Mine d'Or site with its golden cliffs is well worth a visit, as is the small fishing port of Tréhiguier. Just a few minutes from the gite, take a stroll along the Vilaine river, or rent a boat, kayak or paddle, or take a guided cruise! The vacation rental is composed as follows: - First floor: living room with lounge, fitted kitchen, shower room, separate toilet and laundry room. - Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 bed 160x200, 2 beds 90x200 and 2 beds 90x190), plus a shower room with toilet. Outside, you'll find an enclosed terrace at the rear of the gite (accessible via the laundry room) with lounge area (sofa and armchairs) and electric plancha, an enclosed courtyard in front of the gite with a small lockable bicycle shed, and a parking space in front of the gite. The gite is attached to a house and is located on the edge of the departmental road between Pénestin and the beaches (very busy road).
