Very sunny thanks to the orientation, sun all morning in the loggia and the living room, then on the other side of the port in the afternoon, the studio is facing the marina (the basin of Joinville) of Courseulles, we are 600 meters from the beach
The studio of 33 square meters with the loggia offers a living room with kitchen, a sofa bed, multimedia television, a bay window that overlooks the loggia and the view of the port.
From the living room you have two doors:
One door leads to a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a toilet and a sink, this bathroom is also equipped with a towel dryer a hair dryer and a clothes dryer.
The second door leads to the bedroom equipped with a double bed, two bedside tables and a wardrobe. This room also opens onto the loggia and the view of the marina.
On the loggia you have a small sofa and a large folding table which gives you the possibility to have lunch in the sun facing the port.
From the loggia you can see the fishing port and the sea in the distance.
On the port you have among the 5 best restaurants of Courseulles, and the fish market, a very good bakery, and newsagent.
