The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 37 m² apartment for rent in Les Angles, overlooking Lake Matemale and within walking distance of the ski resort. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 17 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. We're waiting for you! The apartment is composed as follows - A 17 m² living room with sofa, double sofa bed, TV and dining area. - A fully-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, raclette machine, coffee maker, toaster, kettle... - One bedroom with double bed (140×190) and TV - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC Outside : - A south-facing balcony overlooking Lake Matemale and the mountains, to enjoy the sunny days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Rates are given as an indication and are subject to change by our partner. - Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an additional charge payable to our local service provider, at a cost of 60e). - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged. - Possibility of renting an internet box through the tourist office

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is ideally located in Les Angles, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from being close to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : A veritable resort village, Les Angles has grown up at the foot of the slopes, preserving its authentic character while meeting the demands of a modern ski resort. This situation, unique in the Pyrenees, where the slopes arrive in the old village, makes it one of the most pleasant resorts in the Massif. The ski area extends over 55km of pistes for all levels and 800 m of vertical drop. Culminating at an altitude of 2,400 meters, it is one of the largest ski areas in the Pyrénées Orientales, with 45 varied runs alternating between hooked pine forests and wide open spaces. A real ski area! Transportation : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. For other modes of transport, here's some information you might find useful: - Shuttles between Mont-Louis La Cabanasse and Les Angles - Nearest train station: Mont-Louis La Cabanasse, approx. 15 km away. - Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes approx. 100 km away - Free shuttle bus stop at the foot of the building
