Inventory Check: Date-stamped photos will be taken before your stay. If no claims are made upon arrival, this will be considered void in case of any claims after the stay.

Check-in and Check-out Hours: Check-in is from 5:00 PM, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Any unauthorized extension will be charged at €20 per hour.

Booking and Tenants: The tenants must occupy the premises personally. Supervision of children is mandatory. It is prohibited to welcome non-booked persons without prior authorization, under penalty of additional charges.

Subletting Forbidden: Subletting via platforms such as Airbnb will result in penalties, including termination of the lease.

Facilities: Equipment is provided in working order. Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted. No cleaning adjustments will be made after the stay, and no compensation will be provided without evidence at check-in.

Respect for Neighbors: No parties or noise disturbances, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Smoking and Drugs: Smoking and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. A fine of €140 will be applied for non-compliance.

Pets: Pets are not allowed, except in exceptional cases with an additional charge.

Used Linens and Waste: No eating or drinking in bed; trash must be disposed of in the designated waste area before departure. Trash bins must be emptied in the appropriate designated areas within the property. Any soiled linens (such as those with food or blood stains) will be charged at the full price of new linens, as well as any stolen linens.

Dishes: A €40 surcharge will be applied if the dishes are not washed before departure. It is also requested to wipe down and organize the used surfaces.

Breakage: Any unreported breakage will be charged at the repair cost of the damages, based on incurred expenses.

Safety: Close all windows and doors when leaving. Turn off lights and electronic devices to save energy. The air conditioning should not be left running.

Access: No key should be left behind. Any keys not returned to the key box will be charged at the locksmith's fee, as well as for any broken keys.

Appliances and Utensils: Kitchen equipment must be used with care and cleaned after use. They must be put back in their designated places.

Security: A surveillance camera is installed at the entrance to prevent theft.

Tourist Tax: To be paid at the time of booking.

Internet: Any illegal downloading is prohibited and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

ID Card: Foreign guests must present an ID card upon arrival.

Threats and Harassment: Verbal or physical threats, harassment by phone, or blackmail will not be accepted to request refunds. Such behaviors are punishable by law, and legal action will be taken in case of non-compliance.

Violation of Rules: Non-compliance with these rules may result in eviction and cancellation of the rental.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
