Stanival is a 55m2 duplex flat in Val d'Isère, not overlooked, with an incredible 180° view of the Solaise and Bellevarde mountains. This warm and bright duplex flat combines calm, comfort and practicality in both summer and winter. It is located in La Daille, in a small condominium (Le Saint-Michel residence) of 18 flats at the entrance to the Val d'Isère resort. Le Saint-Michel is a small, well-maintained condominium. Sleeping 6 people, this chalet-style duplex is ideal for a stay with family or friends. The snow front, Espace Killy slopes, shuttle bus and all amenities are less than 300m from the flat. Ideal for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay in Val d'Isère. Close to all amenities: quick access to the slopes, shops and restaurants, while enjoying a peaceful setting. The flat's key features : An exceptional view: a large bay window and a terrace not overlooked offer a breathtaking view of the mountains and sunshine from early morning. Outdoor areas: Terrace with table and chairs for al fresco dining and private balcony on the first floor. Secure parking: Enclosed garage included, ideal for quick parking. Stanival is located at the entrance to the village of Val d'Isère, in the old town district of La Daille. Surrounded by old houses and nature, it's a great place to relax and spend time with family and friends. The Saint-Michel residence is a small co-ownership of 18 quiet flats, with a 180° view over the Val d'Isère resort and the Solaise, Bellevarde and La Daille mountain ranges. Several hiking and via ferrata trails start from the flat. Access to the snow front in 1 minute Local shops within 1 minute's walk (supermarket, tobacconist, newsagent, restaurants, etc.). An ideal area for a family with small and large children Getting around The flat has a private, secure garage. In winter and summer alike, you can take the Val d'Isère shuttle bus from one end of the resort to the other. There is a stop in front of the residence (less than 300m away) with regular free shuttle buses (every 5 minutes until 5pm, then every 10 minutes until 7.30pm and every 20 minutes until 2.40am). In summer, you can get around by bike, skateboard, scooter or rollerblade. A fleet of 25 electric scooters and 15 electric bicycles are available on a self-service basis at Val d'Isère this summer. A parking area for these vehicles is located less than 300m from the flat.
