Large studio of 35m2 on the 2nd floor of a chalet in the heart of the Aravis area, 5 minutes from the resorts of La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand. The chalet is located in a quiet residential street in St Jean de Sixt, 250 meters from the village center and shops: mini-market, bakeries, pharmacy, tobacco store / press, sports shops ... In winter, bus stop leading to ski resorts 150 meters away (free buses). Living room, fitted kitchen, bathroom. This accommodation is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child (max 12 years old). Access to housing will be refused if this condition is not respected. ##** THE STUDIO IN DETAILS :** >* Living room with TV (French and English channels).
