Company information

Since 2017, we welcome guests in our 2 stairs building with an attractive price. We don't leave there, but together with our cleaning lady, we bring a lot of energy to welcome you in the best conditions of comfort and leaningness. The building doesnt have any reception, it is equiped with digicodes that will be provided in due time.

Property information

This is a small building within Boulogne sur Mer old town, an historic area close to the Basilique (Approx 100m), this appartment is at ground floor in a quiet place. Parking is free in the neighboorhood except Parking de l'évêché. please be aware that we deliberately decided NOT to equip our appartments with TV to privilege human relationship (nevertheless, we know geeks will use Internet...) The place is usually very quiet with nearly no traffic, nevertheless, it can append, on saturday nights, that some noisy people pass in the street. Please be aware when booking.

Neighbourhood information

The appartment is located inside a fortified town surrounded by ramparts, this place is called "old town" or "high town". This is a quiet and safe place. Streets are narrow and traffic is very limited, parking in the area are free except "parking de l'évéché". A nice pedestrian street with numerous bars and restaurants is located 200m from the appartment. Close enough for enjoying the place without a car, far enough to avoid noise. By walking 500-600m you will reach Boulogne city center with its shops, restaurants, cinema... When you are there, the harbour is only a few minutes walk. At this stage, it would be a pity not to walk another small kilometer and reach The beach and the famous Nausicaa Aquarium.
