To make your arrival and departure easier, we use a key box. Lovely, independent 20 m² studio, garden-side, equipped with a large storage bed (140x190) and a convertible sofa bed (140x190). Towels and bed linens are provided. In the kitchen, you will find a Dolce Gusto coffee machine + capsules, microwave, kettle + tea bags, induction hob, kitchen utensils, dishes, and washing machine. Very quiet residential neighborhood, home to retirees and families with children. Quiet one-way street. Free on-street parking. If there are no more spaces, you can park in front of the house. Uber taxis and Ubereats delivery are available. Within walking distance of the apartment, you'll find a McDonald's (3 minutes), a KFC (10 minutes), a Diagonal supermarket (10 minutes), a bakery, and a pharmacy. The city center is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride away.
