Carefully renovated, the studio offers everything you need for a good stay for 2 people or with a baby. Private entry with key box🔐. Sheets and towels provided. THE MENAGE IS TO DO BEFORE YOUR DEPART (necessary at 😊) . Possibility of having an umbrella bed on request as soon as the reservation is made (provide to bring the sheets + additional costs to be paid on the spot or at the time of booking). The accommodation has no exterior or private parking. NO WIFI SERVICE. Accommodation is not accessible to persons with reduced mobility (wheelchair) . Ideal for discovering the historical heritage of the village, you are in the heart of the oldest streets. The seaside is not far away (5km), so you can get to the beach easily by bike or car. Marseillan is ideally located for exploring the surrounding countryside and vineyards. If you feel like an escape, you can go boating on the pond of Thau or go play the Golf in Cap d'Agde which is only 15 minutes away by car. Discovering the Booking service as a traveler inspired me to become a host. I attach great importance to the comfort of my guests, I always make myself available to make them the best stay there is. Quiet street with little traffic in front of the accommodation, 2 steps from the town hall and its shops. You can come by car in front of the apartment to unload your luggage and groceries, then you will have to park the vehicle in one of the car parks of the city 3/4 min from the accommodation which are all free. A 5-minute walk from the port, you will find bars, restaurants 🍽 to enjoy the end of evenings on the edge of the Thau pond. The city centre offers all the shops at your fingertips. The village is at the end of the Canal du Midi, it is an essential stage of this magnificent work linking the 2 seas.
