Welcome to my recently renovated studio, located right across from the Grenoble SNCF train station! This charming space features a welcoming living area with a comfortable sofa for two people and a mezzanine equipped with a quality mattress (140x200 cm). The kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a Tassimo coffee machine, a kettle, and much more. Highlights: Prime location: Just 1 minute from the Grenoble train station, with easy access to trams A and B (GARE stop, 2 minutes on foot). Nearby: 3-minute walk to the Cité Scolaire Internationale Europole. 3-minute walk to EM Grenoble (Business School). 3-minute walk to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 7-minute walk to the La Caserne de Bonne shopping center and Galerie Lafayette. 7-minute walk to Minatec. 5-minute drive (or 10-15 minutes by tram) to Stade des Alpes. 20-25 minutes by car to the ski resorts of Chamrousse and Villard de Lans, and less than an hour to Les Deux Alpes and Alpe d'Huez. 10-minute drive to the Grand-Place Shopping Center (20-25 minutes by tram, Tram A). 5-minute walk to the Grenoble Christmas market (in winter). The neighborhood: The Gare neighborhood, located in the Grenoble commune (38000), provides easy access to a wide range of services and facilities, including shops, educational institutions, sports facilities, cultural and leisure venues, as well as healthcare services.
