Me and my husband are lucky to live in the beautiful village of Eze. We appreciate welcoming guests who wish to stay with us, take care to provide them with all the comforts they need and advise them on activities to be done in the surrounding area.

New studio in Eze village very comfortable and very quiet, perfectly located between Monaco and Nice (10 minutes from Monaco and 10 minutes from Nice).
The studio (30 m2) located on the ground floor of a villa, with independent access is composed of a large living room adjoining a large bathroom with walk-in shower, wc, heated towel rail, dryer hair. The bathroom opens onto a large dressing room with wardrobe, washing machine and iron.
The living area consists of an equipped kitchen (with fridge, sink, hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso machine, dishes, pots, pans), table and chairs, large flat screen TV.
For sleeping, our customers have the choice between a double bed 160 cm or 2 twin beds (80 cm each), the mattresses and box springs are new.
We provide bed linen, bath towels, bath mats.
The studio is equipped with air conditioning and roller shutters.
Several private and secure parking spaces inside the property are available to our guests. The property is enclosed by a secure motorized gate.
A garden area with table and chairs is available just in front of the bay window of our guests' rooms for breakfast / lunch / dinner.

Eze is a charming, medieval village perched on its rock overlooking the sea and the entire Côte d'Azur, with its beautiful cobbled streets, the perfect place for people who love nature and hiking.
You will be amazed to discover the magnificent view of the Mediterranean that is available to you in Eze, from the many hiking trails including the Nietzsche trail. The walk from this trail is just beautiful!!
From the villa, it is very easy to get around by bus in Nice, Monaco and nearby towns as the bus stop is located just in front of the villa.
The beaches of Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Cap d'ail and Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat are accessible by bus from the villa: bus line 83.
Nice is accessible by bus from the villa: bus line 82.
Monaco is accessible by bus from the villa: bus line 112
