Located in Le Palais, this new and well-equipped 30 m² studio can accommodate up to 2 people. It features a comfortable living area with sleeping arrangements and a bathroom. Please note that there is currently no curtain, so daylight may wake you up. The private, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals, while the television and washing machine ensure a convenient stay. The location is ideal: less than an 8-minute walk from the pier and only 5 minutes from the center of Le Palais, facing the port. All shops are nearby, and it is easy for you to rent bicycles or cars to explore the area. Events are not allowed on the property. Bed linen and towels are not provided, but you can request them from the person in charge, available for an extra fee. Please contact the responsible person after your booking if you are interested. Wi-Fi will be available in the accommodation at the end of 2025. Household linen is optional, to be booked and paid for on site.
