Very beautiful appartement of 3 rooms, very bright, 57 m2 of area with a cute terrace of 33m2. Very quiet. Ideal for couples , families and people who want to visit Paris. The appartement is located at 3 minutes from the tube (line 3) who goes directly to Opéra Garnier (10 minutes). You can also go To the Champs Élysées through a 20 minutes walk. The appartement is close to all shops, restaurants, markets on Saturday. Double bed of 160 cmx 200, 1 bunk bed, 1 sofa bed. Capacity for 6 beds. Washing machine, dishwasher, equipped kitchen. The flat is all equipped. Possibility of renting by night, week, month. Strictly prohibited to celebrate parties.

Near the center of Paris. 3 minutes from the subway. Close to all shopping, markets. Very quiet and pleasant area. The appartement is located at 3 minutes from the tube (line 3) who goes directly to Opéra Garnier (10 minutes). You can also go the the Champs Élysées through a 20 minutes walk. Possibility to go to parks: jardin d’acclamation .
