Ideally situated in a lively area close to close to all amenities and the main roads, just one stone’s throw away from grocery stores (LIDL, Picard and La Patàpain).
We provide you with fully equipped apartments, whose address is 25 rue Jules Massenet in Angouleme.
Appartements include a fitted kitchenette:
vitroceramic cooktop, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, fridge, combination microwave… There is also a desk and a connected TV.
It is possible to park just in front of the building (car park).
Fibre optic internet connection and unlimited access to the laundry room.
Totally renovated in 2020.
