In a quiet street, perfectly situated to explore Bordeaux, the apartment is located between the Chartrons district and the park (just down the street), 5min by tram or bicycle from the Grand Theatre (City Center), 5min walk to the park and 5min walk to the docks. In this well-designed apartment, no space has been neglected. By entering you will discover a cozy living room with its stone walls in a Nordic-inspired decor. Equipped with a sofa bed if needed (2 places), you will find on the console all the documentation to discover the city of Bordeaux. The lounge is open on an equipped kitchen (microwave, Nespresso, toaster, kettle ...) or we will put at disposal tea, herbal tea, coffee and bottled water. Then you will spend in a nice separate room, quietly overlooking a terrace and a bathroom with walk-in shower.

The Public Garden area is very special: located minutes from the very center of Bordeaux and of historic Chartrons district, well served by transport, it enjoys a remarkable tranquility of a beautiful park classified "remarkable garden of France", splendid 18th architecture buildings. Enjoy the ambiance of Portal courses and shops profusion! The area is very quiet with nearby shops within 2 min (bakeries, supermarket, upscale shops, fishmongers, wine cellar, delicatessen, cheese, market on the quays on Sunday morning with tasting oysters face Garonne ...).
