This quirky French gite is situated 4 minutes drive from Gouzon with an 18 hole golf course and 12 minutes drive from historic Boussac with large weekly market. Swift gite has a secured garden suitable for one well behaved dog for an additional fee of 20 euros. A terrace, BBQ and outdoor furniture is provided to enjoy the views. This cosy self catering holiday home offers 2 bedrooms, one on the first floor with a double bed and its own sitting area. An additional single bed or cot can be provided in this room on request.(please note low beams). Separate toilet. Attic room has 2 small double beds (6x4ft), suitable for children over 10 years old due to the steep stairs, an additional single bed can be provided on request. Fully equipped kitchen, dinning area and living room with French TV and DVD player , independent toilet and bathroom with shower. Parking on site, Free wifi and secure storage for bikes and top boxes.

We moved to La Creuse in November 2021, looking for a quieter, easier pace of life. After having a holiday home here for 15 years we knew we wanted to stay in this area, to take advantage of the amazing lakes where we love to swim, canoe, paddle board and walk our dog.

There are numerous lakes for fishing and many larger lakes have man Made beaches where you can swim, Kayak, paddle board, zip wire and much more. We are 4 minutes drive from Gouzon with a supermarket, auberge and other essential shops and an 18 hole golf course.
