Property information

## The space This large and comfortable one-bedroom apartment T2 of 50m2 with its covered balcony of 13m2 is ideal to discover Annecy and its surroundings. Entirely renovated in 2017, we kept the beams and the charm of this historical building. Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, the wooden stairway is easy to walk up and secure. The large living room is built around the kitchen. We hope you will feel like home. The table is comfortable for 6 people. The lounge area has a sleeping couch (of good quality and made to sleep daily on it) 2 poufs and a television. The bedroom opens onto the living room with its double glazed doors. The bathroom has a nice size and offers a tub/shower. This is also where the washing machine is installed. We fell in love with the balcony facing the Pre-carré place. It gives the ability to take breakfast in the sun, relax, rest and read. A few touches for the "Pays Basque" will accompany you during your stay, as a small part of ourselves. ## Guest access This is an independent apartment, the whole apartment is available for guests. ## Guest interaction We are Mélanie, Cédric and Maxime. One of us will meet with you to give you the keys. We are available by phone or email during your stay. Checkin and checkout time will be arrange depending on everyone calendar. ## Other things to note We provide bed linen and towels. The bed are prepared. You'll also find basic amenities in the apartment : oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar etc... for your stay begining.

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located Rue Carnot and overlooks the Pré-Carré. Rue Carnot is the shopping street of Annecy. Le Pré-Carré is a large green place with a few restaurants. This neighborhood, the city center is so lively, a short distance from the lake and 5 minutes from the old town postcards!
