Hello, I'm Lan. Welcome to my big garden villa. It's 20 minutes from Paris, 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the International Exhibition Center, 15 minutes from the French Stadium, and 30 minutes from Disneyland! It can accommodate 13 people. It's very quiet and spacious! The villa has three floors. The first floor has a 15-square-meter large bedroom with a fireplace, next to it is a separate bathroom, a large living room and an American kitchen. Outside is a large terrace where you can dine on the terrace. Below is a 365-square-meter large garden with many fruit trees, where you can barbecue and swings for children to play. The second floor has a large bedroom with a fireplace and a large wardrobe. Next to it is a luxurious bathroom. Passing through the bathroom, you enter the L-shaped loft on the second floor. There are two open bedrooms on each side of the loft. The third floor is a completely independent studio space with a kitchen, refrigerator, bathroom, toilet, washing machine, and two transparent windows overlooking the entire garden. So the whole villa can accommodate 15 people, which is very suitable for large families and several friends with children to live together. Each family has its own independent space and floor. Everyone is welcome to stay.
