THE HOUSE: 150 m² with common areas: on the ground floor (ceiling height + - 1m90) a large open living space including an entrance, a laundry room, a dining room and a living room with its Smart TV and high-speed WIFI. Upstairs a kitchen overlooking a terrace overlooking the rear garden, 3 bedrooms including a master suite. Outside, 2 gardens where to barbecue and a corner where to store your bike.

Tremblay-en-France is renowned for its unspoilt countryside. The banks of the Canal de l'Ourcq to the south of the town offer a privileged setting.
