Terra Lodge accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr Agency of Val André - Erquy - Fréhel and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the flat and how it works, and hand over the keys.

We propose to you to the rent, in Saint-Alban, this charming house entirely renovated, furnished and decorated in 2023 in harmonious colors with shared swimming pool, of a surface of 150 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², open fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a garden of about 2 000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor: - A living room of 40 m² with two sofas, TV, Wifi - A dining area with a large table for 8 guests - An open kitchen equipped with : oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle... - Master bedroom : a queen-size bed (160x200) with a baby bed available - A shower room with a large shower - Separate toilet - Washing machine. On the first floor : - On the landing an office space that can accommodate two people. - Room 2 : a queen-size bed (160×200) - Room 3 : two single beds - Room 4 : two single beds - A bathroom with bathtub - Separate toilet Exterior: - A shared swimming pool of 4mx9m heated from April to October (opening dates not contractual) . This one is covered by a high shelter which can be opened. Water line on the whole pool of 1m50, the pool has an electric curtain for security in addition to the shelter which once closed offers a second security. Other remarks : - All hotel quality bedding, sheets and towels provided. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. Please note that we are delighted to welcome pets, however, for neighborly reasons, the number, size and relative noise must be announced at the time of booking. - Any child swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. - Possibility of heating the pool outside this period: on estimate and on D-15 minimum.

The house is located in a hamlet between the towns of Saint Alban and Pléneuf Val André (3km from the town center and 4km from the beaches) on the axis of Erquy, Cap Fréhel. All shops at 3km, Pléneuf Val André, Saint-Alban including Supermarket with drive for your arrival. Activities : - Numerous varied beaches within a few minutes drive from the house, Swimming, Sailing and Char à voile school, Kite surfing. - Golf Bluegreen Pléneuf Val André at 4km, Golf des sables d'Or Fréhel at 15min. - Equestrian Center Pléneuf Val André at 5min, Equestrian Center Fréhel 10min. - For walks with breathtaking views; Cap d'Erquy and Cap Fréhel respectively 10 and 20km away offer incredible hiking trails for the casual walker and the more athletic. - The Château de Bienassis is less than 1 km away and offers visits and different routes, sound and light shows in summer. - For the youngest or not! In the village itself : Paint Ball and Laser tag with night parties, Giant Labyrinth... - Numerous day cruises from Erquy to Brehat Island, Cap Frehel... - Thalassotherapy and Casino on Pléneuf Val André.
