Discover Villa Terre Rouge, a magnificent residence located in the spectacular scenery of the southern Ardèche, near the Cévennes National Park, with panoramic views over the valley and the impressive Serre de Barre mountains. Situated just 1 km from the picturesque village of Saint Pierre le Dechausselat, Villa Terre Rouge enjoys absolute tranquillity. The nearest town, Les Vans, is around 10 kilometres away and offers access to all the necessary amenities. There are 3 portable tower fans to keep the rooms cool at night! This spacious and well-designed house spans two levels. On the first level, you will find a comfortable kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet. On the second level, there is a living room with a spacious dining area, a large open kitchen with a covered outdoor terrace and a gas barbecue, and a mezzanine overlooking the living area with an extra sofa bed. Furthermore, on this level, there are three cozy bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, a second bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a separate toilet. The house features 2 smart TVs. Please note! To go from the first floor to the ground floor, you need to use the outside stairs. The outside of the villa offers an equally wonderful experience: with an inviting private swimming pool (11x4,5m), a refreshing outdoor shower, a pétanque court, a covered terrace equipped with a barbecue and all the furniture you need for convivial moments!
