The superb location, in a quiet area just minutes’ walk to the centre of Chamonix town, and the flexibility of its configuration, ensure its billing as the best large chalet in town. Set in private grounds, it has a garden, hot tub, terrace and separate heated ski room. The Castle is the largest of the 3 buildings on the site which also accommodates the mini-chalet “Le Nid”(4 guests +1) and the garage with the “Princess Suite”(2 guests +2) bedsit apartment. The Castle can also be divided for smaller groups into 3 separate apartments, The Lodge (10 guests) Midi (6 guests) and Summit.(4 guest +2 on sofa beds). Alternatively for very large groups all buildings can be taken with accommodation for up to 27 guests plus 5 more on sofa beds if required. The Castle has 10 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, three kitchens, one dining area of up to 22 people and two living areas. The rooms offer great flexibility. The famous Aiguille Du Midi is walking distance to the chalet. This is a must-visit attraction for anyone staying in Chamonix. The beauty of the chalet is that it really is walking distance to the centre of town where you will find fantastic shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, the cinema and nightlife. The Chamonix bus system has been overhauled during the last year in a concerted effort to make Chamonix more environmentally-friendly. The public transport is great. There are bus stops within walking distance to the chalet. There is the Mulet, a little electric bus, that loops around town. The stop is just outside the chalet. The central bus station is also within walking distance and from here you can take buses to the various ski fields and also coaches to Italy, Geneva, Annecy and beyond.
