The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Saint-Nic, this charming apartment at less than 5 minutes on foot of the beach, of a surface of 25 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the first floor, it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open kitchenette equipped, a bedroom, a bathroom with bath and washing machine and you can enjoy a terrace. We are waiting for you! The apartment, facing North/West, is composed as follows - A living room of 15 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area. - An open kitchenette equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates, plancha... - A bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds). - A bathroom with bath and washing machine. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A terrace of about 12 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site, subject to availability). The rates given are for information only, subject to change by our partner. 20euros per set of sheets and 5euros/person for towels. In order to benefit from this service, please contact the concierge before your arrival. - The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot). Price : 55euros. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
