Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you, in Taden, this charming house of a surface of 130 m ² and being able to accomodate until 6 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 80 m² (with decorative fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and a garden of about 1,000 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor: - A living room of 80 m² with TV, Wifi (optical fiber), fireplace (decorative) and sofa. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, hotplates... and a dining area. - Separate toilet. On the first floor : - An office space. - Bedroom 1 : a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140×190). - A bathroom with shower and bathtub. - A shower room with shower. - Separate toilet. For more comfort : barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful unfenced garden of about 1,000 m² and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available (fiber optic). - The fireplace is not functional. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation. Only one pet allowed per stay. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated hours is subject to availability of the person in charge of the receptions. An additional fee may be requested.
