Agence Cocoonr offers you a high-rise, half-timbered building in one of the most beautiful pedestrian streets in the historic center of Rennes.
We offer 3 independent studios on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors.
Simplified autonomous arrival: For your comfort and flexibility, access to the apartment is completely autonomous from 4pm. Keys are kept in a code-secured box located directly in the building.
