We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Telgruc-sur-Mer, this charming lodging in an old body of farm, of a surface of 92 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a pretty living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m² and a terrace. Wifi, cleaning, sheets and towels included! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A 40 m² living room with TV, wood stove in the fireplace, sofas, armchair, coffee table and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee pod machine and filter coffee machine... On the first floor : - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 3: a bunk bed and two single beds. - A shower room with shower. - A bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet - Separate toilet. Outside : - A 200 m² garden with a private part and the other to be shared with the other gîtes. - A north-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the sun in the evening. - PRIVATE OUTDOOR NORDIC BATH open all year round (8 people) For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Other remarks : - All household linen (duvet covers, sheets), towels and tea towels are provided. Bathrobes are also available for the private bath - Free Wifi available. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - A wood stove is available, the first basket of wood is offered, the next one will be extra at 10euros, request and payment on site. - Free cleaning service during your stay depending on the length of your reservation.
