The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Bénodet, this charming apartment renovated in 2023, at less than one kilometer of the beach, of a surface of 46 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 21 m², an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a balcony. We are waiting for you! The southwest facing apartment is composed as follows: - A living room of 21 m² with TV, sofa, dining area, a first night corner of 8 m² separated by a fixed wooden partition with a double bed (140×200). A second night corner separated by a high furniture with two single beds (90×200), which can be twinned. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates (new household appliances)... - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Outside : - A balcony of about 5 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included. - Household appliances were changed in 2024 / early 2025 - The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement with our provider on the spot). Price : 50 euros. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - A closed bicycle room is located in the residence. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception.
