The fine print
Guests of the residence have free access to the Le Spassio center (indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna) located 500 meters from the residence, at the foot of the slopes.
Please note that when travelling with pets, the property can only accommodate one pet at an extra cost of EUR 12 per night upon prior confirmation.
For stays from 1 to 3 nights, bed linen and towels are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests.
For stays of 4 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge.
Please note that a damage deposit will be required on arrival.
For group bookings (5 units or more) group conditions may apply: prepayment of the total amount at the time of booking and cancellation possible up to 45 days before arrival. Please contact us for further information.
