My wife and I have rented properties in this area for 20 years and have been looking into buying our own place for some time. When we were shown this property in 2023; we immediately knew this was the perfect place for us. The location is fantastic, 25 mins. From Nice airport, or Cannes and Antibes, and 10 mins. walk to Valbonne Village. We stripped down and renovated the super charming stone house to a boutique hotel feel, but respected the original features. We wanted to combine all the most important features and detailes we have seen in places we have visited, such as en suite bathrooms, individually controlled air conditioner in all bedrooms, high quality beds with down pillows and comforters, large pool area with huge lounge and kitchen, modern salt water sports pool, plenty parking spaces, boule court, top quality furniture etc. There is sun all day, old Olive trees in the beautiful garden, very quiet, very private yet a short walk to a lively VILLAGE in Valbonne. The nature in the area is amazing with trails. Criss crossing in lush forests, and plenty of the best bike rides and golf courses nearby. The view is astonishing , layer upon layer of hills into the far distance, and at night the lights from the world famous perfume capital Grasse, glitter in the horizon. This is a place suitable for families and friends If you want to be together all day, but enjoy some privacy when that's required, due to separate entrances for 3 of the bedrooms. NB! Cleaning fee of 280Euros is NOT included, (has to be left in cash in the house upon check out)

We are a married couple from Norway who love to travel, and to explore beatiful nature. The Cote D ‘Azur area offers the best kombo of everything we apprecciate, ranging from food/ wine culture, to arts, nature, sea, beaches, forest and mountains. And the French people that we find very pleasant.
