Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to the rent, on the commune of Grosseto-Prugna, this charming air-conditioned apartment with sea view, collective swimming pool, of a surface of 30 m ². The apartment can accommodate 4 people, but is ideal for 2 travelers. Located on the second floor (ground floor, top of a residence), it consists of a nice living room of 20 m², an open kitchen equipped, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and you can enjoy a garden shared with the residence of about and a private terrace of 70 m². Wifi included, we are waiting for you! Outside : - An enclosed terrace of 70 m², facing East / South-East / South, with furniture (Pergola, gas barbecue...) to enjoy the nice days and the 180° view on the sea, maquis and mountain. Common area : - A swimming pool (not heated) shared with the residents of the condominium, open from June to September (opening date on contract) and with an alarm system. - A garden enclosed by hedges and gates, shared with the residents of the co-ownership. Other remarks : - Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedroom. - Free wifi available (fibre optic). - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - Bed linen and towels on request, extra charge to be paid on site to the concierge: Kit including bed linen, towels, bath mat and kitchen towels: 15e/person. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - No stairs to access the apartment from the parking lot.
