The 150 m² villa features four large bedrooms (one with a 160x200 double bed and two 90x200 single beds on the mezzanine for the children, three with three 160x200 double beds, each with its own bathroom), a large living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, and three toilets. Two outdoor terraces for dining or lunch (one with a sea view, the other with a mountain view). A swimming pool with a roller shutter is featured. The villa is located on the hillside with exceptional 180-degree views of the sea and mountains, in a terraced garden.

It is recommended to have a car to get around because it is located at the top of the village of Le Tignet. There is the possibility of parking in the courtyard of the villa (possibility of accommodating up to 2 cars inside and 1 car outside)
