Cocoonr agency offers you this charming 165 m² house with sea view, close to beaches and shops, with wifi, in Saint-Lunaire, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises an attractive 45 m² living room (with pellet stove), fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental price, and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to two bedrooms with double beds (140x190), a shower room, a toilet and laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). On the 1st floor, you'll find a lovely 45m² living space with a sitting area featuring a pellet stove (pellets not supplied), a fitted kitchen opening onto the dining room. A covered south-facing terrace. A sleeping area comprising a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a shower room and a separate toilet. Lastly, a panoramic living room with TV and magnificent sea views, and the final bedroom with double bed (140x190). Outside: In addition to the covered terrace, on the ground floor you can enjoy a beautiful south/west facing wooden terrace with a surface area of 60 m2. It is comfortably equipped with an outdoor dining table for enjoying meals in the sun, a parasol and comfortable garden furniture. Please note that the outside area is not completely finished (it is still being fitted out). The garden is completely enclosed. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - The stove is functional, but pellets are not supplied. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Parties are not allowed. On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specializing in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Lunaire, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, bars and restaurants. There are several beaches nearby, including the Grande Plage du Bourg and the Plage de Longchamp, as well as the Halles market 300m away (on foot). Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park outside the house (1 private parking space), and there are plenty of free parking spaces nearby.
