The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, on the commune of Bonifacio, this charming air-conditioned house of a surface of 120 m ² and being able to accommodate up to 8 travelers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 40 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 1500 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, functional fireplace and dining area - A kitchen open to the living room, equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... - Bedroom 1: two single beds. - Bedroom 2 and 3: one queen-size bed per room (160x200). - A first shower room with shower and WC - A second shower room with shower - A separate WC On the first floor: - A children's lounge area with TV, board games and mini-billiards - Room 4: a double bed (140x190). - A shower room with shower and WC. Outside : - A beautiful garden of 1500 m², fully enclosed and not shared with chiliennes and barbecue - Two terraces accessible from the living room and the dining area with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use. - Free Wifi available. - The fireplace is functional, wood is provided. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge. Only one animal is accepted per stay.

The house is ideally located in Bonifacio, in a very pleasant and quiet environment, 10 minutes by transport from the beach and 15 minutes by foot from the port. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking outside the house, which can accommodate up to 3 cars (4/4, station wagon etc).
