## The space Villa de 200m2 spacieuse avec accès au bord du lac par petit chemin long de 200-300 m. Exposition plein sud sur la commune de Moux en Morvan-Lac des Settons! L’emplacement sur la partie sud du lac en fait un petit coin tranquille. Accéder à pied à la base de loisirs et la base nautique ainsi que sa grande plage par le chemin bordant tout le tour du lac, il vous faudra 15 min à pied pour y accéder. L’activité principale avec ses restaurants, commerces, brasserie tabac ainsi que l’office de tourisme sont à moins de 5 min en voiture. Au rez de chaussé la maison comprend : Une cuisine de 30m2 avec coin repas, Un salon TV, avec cheminée, de 30m2, Une salle à manger, de 30m2, avec un babyfoot de 6 personnes et une table convertible en billard américain. 1 salle d'eau et un WC séparé.
