VILLA ERIZIO is the ideal place for people who prefer the freedom that a stay in an apartment can offer and the very discreet service of a hotel. Residence controlled by video surveillance 24 hours a day, access by code to the apartments. We supervise daily cleaning as well as breakfast which is included in the price. You receive a code two days before your arrival which will allow you to access the residence and your apartment. From 3:30 p.m. on the day of your arrival the apartment will be ready to welcome you, no need for prevention or setting up tedious appointments for handing over the keys. Continental breakfast will be available in the apartment and every morning from 8 a.m. we will hang a small basket with fresh bread and croissants on your door. Cleaning is daily between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Freedom and comfort are our motto. The typical 1930s architecture of Villa Erizio does not accommodate people with reduced mobility.

VILLA ERIZIO was created in a bourgeois residence combining modern decoration and typical architecture of the 1930s. Ideally located, Villa Erizio combines excellence and discretion. To restore all its glory to this magnificent building, we undertook major renovation work in 2018, and took care to preserve period elements while paying particular attention to comfort and the choice of furniture. Villa Erizio is made up of 2 buildings bringing together a total of 11 apartments: - At number 134, you will find the BAGATELLE and MAYURA apartments located on the ground floor and HALFETI, MANDALINE, AMAZONE and TIVOLI located on the 1st floor. The BAGATELLE, MAYURA and AMAZONE accommodations are equipped with sofa beds to accommodate a total of 4 travelers. - At number 138, you will find 5 additional apartments, OASIS on the ground floor as well as the FLORE, SONGE, DANAÉ and YAO LI apartments on the 1st floor. All of these apartments are equipped with double beds and sofa beds to accommodate up to 4 travelers.

VILLA ERIZIO is located in a residential area and on a quiet street a few steps from the city center. The famous Place Pey Berland is 850 m away, about ten minutes on foot. The old town, Saint Michel, Place de la Victoire are about 15/20 minutes away on foot. Easy to access, bus No. 1, approximately 450 m from VILLA ERIZIO, will take you from Bordeaux Mérignac airport (50 minutes) and also from Gare Saint-Jean (15 minutes).
