This villa enjoys a privileged location, which will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the region. Many activities await you in the surroundings, such as water skiing, sailing, water sports, cycling, jet skiing, swimming and hiking. To be discovered with family or friends. The villa is 280 m2 on 2 levels. First floor: - A large living room and a dining room opening onto the sea-view terrace equipped with a ping-pong table. - Fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker, induction hobs... - A suite with a 160x200cm bed, equipped with a bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. Ground floor: - A bedroom with a 140x190cm bed. - Two bedrooms with 90x190cm beds. - A bathroom with shower, bathtub and double sink. - A separate toilet. Exterior: Several landscaped terraces, including one with a sea-view dining area with a gas barbecue. A large garden. A heated swimming pool of 11m x 4m open from May to September, closed with a gate for the safety of children. WIFI internet. Deposit: 1500 euros to be paid on the day of your arrival and refunded at the end of your stay. Pets are accepted but subject to the number and size of the animals. Cleaning and linen included in the rental.
