La Villa Paqueray, designed by an architect in 2022, is located at the top of the Carolles cliffs, with breathtaking views of the Pointe de Cancale, the Chausey Islands and Granville. This luxury property features a 2200 m landscaped enclosed garden and overlooks the long sandy beach of Carolles, directly accessible via a staircase (150 m from the house). Located at the foot of the coastal path (GR 223) dotted with Cabanes de Vauban, this Chemin des Douaniers will take you all the way to Mont Saint Michel. This splendid villa, with its many sea views, offers a permanent spectacle on this magnificent bay. A detached house, it comprises one floor: The ground floor features a large living room with 2 lounges (library, TV, internet...), an open-plan dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen.... The large bay windows combined with the light-colored wood of the parquet flooring create a lovely luminosity, bringing softness and warmth to the whole. Outside, on the large terrace, also facing the open sea, you can enjoy the comfortable garden furniture. Deckchairs and barbecue are also available. Upstairs, the 3 main bedrooms face the sea. The master bedroom is a suite, with a king-size bed (180x200), a private bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a comfortable dressing room.
