Magnificent sea view for this seasonal rental villa, La VILLA RÊVE D'AZUR which is located at the Cap de Nice and close to Villefranche sur mer, this 180m2 holiday villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people, it is only 1km from the supermarket "Carrefour Market du Mont Boron", and 5 km from the city center of Villefranche sur mer and 2.5 km from the beach of the reserve in Nice. Bus stop nearby It has garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), balcony, electric heating, parking for 2 cars The open-plan kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, with ceramic hob, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.etc 3 bedrooms all overlooking the sea side, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and 1 separate toilet + 1 other outside on the terrace side Terrace with splendid sea view with deckchairs and dining area with garden table and chairs.
