A security deposit of €1,500 (one thousand five hundred euros) is required for all bookings.

This deposit is pre-authorized via credit card through a secure link sent prior to arrival. No amount is charged unless damages are found.

It covers any potential damage to the property, furniture, equipment, or outdoor areas during the stay.

If no damage is found during the check-out inspection, the pre-authorization will be released within 5 business days after departure.

In the event of damage, all or part of the deposit may be charged, upon presentation of supporting documentation.
