This apartment is an ideal location for your holidays (2-minute walking from the beaches) or for your business trips (5 minutes walking from the Palais des Festivals). Accessibility: 5 minutes walking from the train & bus station.   At Viva Riviera, we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible with additional services: - Open reception 24/7 on Commandant André Street - Airport shuttle and private drivers  - Tourist excursions throughout the French Riviera.  Come and enjoy your stay with Viva Riviera!

Please note that we also offer complimentary service of luggage storage if you wish to arrive earlier 1pm or if you wish to leave after 11am We can arrange airport transfert to/from Nice Airport for 1 to 6 people by car or van. We have several cars or vans and our drivers will wait for you directly at the airport with your name on a board. Our drivers are also available to assist you during your stay.
