Property information

We provide a beautiful bright duplex apartment of 103m2, furnished and equipped. It is composed of 5 bedrooms with an office and small dressing room and 3 shower rooms, a kitchen and a lounge area. Located on the 2nd floor of a building (no elevator). Ideally located in the city center! Very accessible public transport (bus at the foot of the building, tram 5 minutes on foot, funicular two streets away). Close to all shops. Beach and train station 15 minutes walk.

Neighbourhood information

Apartment located in the city center. A stone's throw from the Coty shopping center and the new Halles "La Halle Gourmande" allowing you to have fresh quality products less than 5 min walk from the apartment. Bars, restaurants, public transport accessible on foot in a few minutes! The beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or 2 stops by tram (tram stop 5 minutes on foot). The train station is also 15 minutes away or 2 tram stops.
