Well equipped studio/apartment located near to the ancient gothic bridge over the Truyere river. The Gite has its own swimming pool with views of the river. We are in the Aveyron department which has more beautiful villages than any other. The area is mostly unspoiled, farming and tourism are the main industries. But is largely undiscovered by many. We are on the edge of the village which is only a short walk over the bridge away. Free parking is available opposite the gite and there is a garage available to store bikes, boats fishing equipment,etc. The roads are excellent for bikers and cyclists. We are in the valley so there are plenty of hills for those that like a challenge. There is plenty of wildlife for photographers and nature lovers.
The village has a weekly market all year and extra markets in the summer selling local produce. There are several bars and restaurants. Conques, Espalion and Estaing are nearby as is the Millau viaduct. There are canoes to hire to go on the river Lot. Rodez is the nearest city.
