Enjoy a stylish and homely experience at this completely newly renovated flat located in the centre of Ilminster in Somerset within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Ideally located to explore the beautiful town of Ilminster and Alice Temperley's Phoenix Studios shops as well as the surrounding towns and villages like Bruton, Frome and Castle Cary. The flat is also only half an hour from Lyme Regis on the south coast.
Owner on site as we run the interiors and fashion shop below.
My wife, Sophie, our two kids and I moved from Hampshire to Somerset in July 2022 to start a new challenge. We love the area and have set up our lives here with Sophie’s homeware and lifestyle shop right below the flat and the kids at school nearby. I work from home so will always be on hand to help with anything and Sophie is in the shop Wednesday to Saturday!
Whilst the flat is on one of the main streets in Ilminster, it is very quiet and peaceful with lots of impressive other period properties and independent shops. Very friendly neighbours on hand to help out if needed.
