Situated in central Plymouth, 1 Elliot Terrace is on the large public space of Hoe, close to the Lido, Barbican, theatre, town centre and many restaurants and cafes. Private parking is available on site. There are 5 grand apartments in this Grade II* listed building with dual-aspect views over the Hoe and sea and also 3 studio apartments with city views. They include a living space with a sofa, flat-screen TV and a DVD player. The bathroom will include either a bath or shower, and offer a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. The well-equipped kitchen in the apartment features an oven and stove-top, refrigerator and a microwave. Laundry facilities are available. Some of the apartments boast views over the Hoe or Plymouth. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the property and towels and linen are provided. Pets can only be accepted in Nos 1, 1a , 1b and 3. NB Plymouth University is 1 km from 1 Elliot Terrace, while The School Of Marine Science and Engineering is 1.2 km from the property. The nearest airport is Newquay Cornwall Airport, 61 km from the property.
