1 Saron Cottages is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage in a hillside location with spectacular views over countryside and the sea, sleeping a maximum of four people. Probably suited to older children rather than toddlers due to the location. Open plan living accommodation makes the most of the superb far reaching views. French Doors open from the lounge onto a decked area, great for a BBQ or glass of wine at the end of a day. The log burning stove, comfy seating, large flat screen freeview TV, DVD player, and free WI-FI ensure guests can unwind and rejuvenate during their stay. The fully equipped kitchen/dining area with patio doors to the small rear courtyard offers a modern bright space for those leisurely meals and late breakfasts. The master king size bedroom enjoys spectacular views over the sea and countryside. The second bedroom to the rear of the cottage is a lovely contemporary yet cosy room furnished with a double bed. The modern bathroom features a "Rainfall" shower over the bath. The cottage is in an elevated position in the semi-rural village of Penrhynside with 2 pubs within 200m, and easy access to lots of walks. Within close proximity are the shops, supermarket and other amenities of Penrhyn Bay and the popular Victorian resort of Llandudno with its many attractions is 2 miles away. Perfectly located to explore North Wales, including Castles, beaches and mountains of Snowdonia and Anglesey. For adventurous guests there are outdoor pursuits and thrill seeking activities at ZipWorld and Adventure Parc Snowdonia and biking trails in the Gwydir Forest. The cottage has parking for 2 cars which is best accessed by reversing down the hillside via a narrow lane. For those not confident there is free (unreserved) parking within 100m. Please note the hill down to the cottage is quite steep We do not take pets.
The cottage is located in an elevated position in the semi-rural village of Penrhynside with 2 pubs within 200m, and easy access to lots of walks. Within close proximity are the local shops, supermarket and other amenities of Penrhyn Bay and the popular Victorian resort of Llandudno with its many attractions is 2 miles away. Snowdonia and Anglesey are within a 20-40 minute drive with fabulous beaches, mountains and attractions such as Zipworld and Adventure Parc Snowdonia.
