Sympathetically renovated, this Cheltenham apartment has kept some stunning original features, including a glass-covered well in the lounge, whilst creating a bright and modern home away from home. To the front of the property is the first of the two bathrooms – this one with a large bathtub as well as a separate shower. Offering two heated towel rails, plenty of storage, a huge vanity mirror and feature lights above the bathtub, this is a great place to unwind after a busy day. Opposite is bedroom 1 which has two comfy twin beds separated by a double wardrobe with additional drawer storage. This bedroom also boasts a smart TV and dressing table with a plush velvet stool. Along the hallway is the real highlight of this property – the open plan lounge/diner which opens out onto a private courtyard. With outdoor seating for four, bright pops of colourful plants and a calming water feature, it’s the perfect place to sit in the evening and relax. With plenty of cupboard space, base unit lighting and sleek countertops, this fully equipped kitchen is a keen cooks dream – complete with a double oven, dishwasher, and wine rack. Set in front of the wall-to-wall patio doors, the dining area seats 4 and is flooded with light. Opening the doors fully, you really bring the outside in and allow fresh air to flow through the open plan living space. The master bedroom, with views out over the courtyard, has a comfy double bed, smart TV, 2 wardrobes and a dressing station. Following on from the bedroom is an ensuite bathroom which also offers two heated towel rails and a double shower.

Just a 5-minute stroll away you’ll find yourself on the famous Promenade – a stunning tree-lined thoroughfare boasting many independent cafes, boutiques and bars. Imperial Gardens and Sandford Park are both easily reachable on foot - both great open spaces to escape the hustle and bustle of the town. Nestled along the edge of the Cotswolds, Cheltenham is Britain's most complete Regency Town. Strolling around you're certain to be wowed by the regency architecture - with impressive crescents, imposing pillars and huge sash windows. Cheltenham is known as the Festival Town, hosting several large annual festivals that attract visitors from across the country. Popular festivals include the Literature Festival, the Gold Cup and the Jazz Festival. The town also attracts many young academics, being the home of many highly regarded schools such as Cheltenham Ladies College, Cheltenham College, Dean Close and Pates Grammar. If you wish to venture out and explore the Cotswolds, there is a large bus station at Royal Well which services the town centre, GCHQ, Bishops Cleeve, Gloucester, Stroud and Tewkesbury.
