Spacious and cosy, it caters for individuals, couples and families alike. A 10 minute walk from all the restaurants, bars that Helensburgh has to offer. And also 100 yards from the seafront.
The building is a large 70s built Cedar wood bungalow. The living room is spacious, with Freeview TV and with the ability to connect to streaming services (Netflix). There is an electric fireplace and gas central heating throughout. A Bluetooth speaker is available upon request.
The kitchen/diner is open plan with a breakfast bar and has everything you require, with an oven, hob, and washing machine as well as microwave, kettle, Nespresso and toaster.
The bedrooms both have king size beds, with bed in the rear room being able to split into two smaller single beds if required (PLEASE NOTE, when split, the beds are not a full size 3' single - 2'6" wide). Both lie to one end of the building with a separate shower room/toilet situated through the hall.
Please note, that there is no Electric Vehicle charging facilities at the premises.
We live next door as the property sits within our garden, so we are on hand to help or give advice that you may require during your stay. All we want is for your stay to be enjoyable, comfortable and free from any worries.
The house is a 10 minute walk from the town centre and all the restaurants, bars and shops that Helensburgh has to offer. And also 100 yards from the waters edge, where the River Clyde meets the Gareloch.
Parking is by on street parking only.
Please do not run EV charging cables over the public pavement/sidewalk. EV charging stations are a 5-10 minute walk into town by the Leisure centre.
