The Annexe, Cormorant Drive is a lovely wing to the owner's home situated on the edge of St. Austell. This all ground floor cottage sleeps two people and has a double bedroom, a shower room, a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area. Outside there's off road parking for one car and a patio with furniture and barbeuce. The Annexe, Cormorant Drive is a convenient base for a couple with plenty to see and do in the area, including Mevagissey, the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Note: No children or infants.

Neighbourhood information

The market town of St. Austell lies just a few miles from the south coast and offers a brewery, shops, pubs, restaurants and a railway station. Close by is the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Carlyon Bay and the fishing port of Mevagissey.
